Judy Lambert a tax lawyer with an advanced L.L.M. degree in taxation.  She practices in the areas of business law, taxation law, and estate planning. Ms. Lambert is dedicated to helping clients meet the legal and tax issues of new businesses and existing businesses.  She works with accountants, investment advisors, and other wealth management professionals to evaluate business, tax, and estate planning needs.

Ms. Lambert is a frequent lecturer on tax topics at continuing legal education seminars for lawyers.  She is also the co-author of Florida Small Business Practice, a practice manual for lawyers published by the Florida Bar.

Ms. Lambert is admitted to practice in Texas, Florida, California, and Alabama and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court.  She is a member of The Florida Bar (Tax and Business Section), the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of California, the Alabama State Bar, the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce (International Committee) and the Brandon Bar Association (Treasurer).

Ms. Lambert earned her J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law and her L.L.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Houston School of Law. She also holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Alabama.
